Avlite’s solar powered, wireless-controlled LED floodlight has been specifically designed for helipads to provide uniform surface lighting where the TLOF and FATO lights need to be supplemented with floodlighting. It offers a solar-powered, LED based solution to the ICAO touchdown and lift-off area perimeter floodlights.
Avlite’s radio controlled airport lighting platform is designed to offer airports, defense, and aid agencies complete flexibility and enormous advantages over traditional airport fixtures. The system is operated by a wireless handheld controller that enables personnel to remotely activate and set specific characteristics of lights within their airfield.
FAA L-864 and ICAO Medium Intensity Obstruction Light Type B – MIOLB.
This Avlite medium intensity LED obstruction light is certified to the FAA L-864 Medium Intensity Obstruction Lighting advisory circular. The light is used to mark obstacles such as telecommunication and utility towers, wind turbines, cranes, buildings and other tall structures.
The light fixture is available in two configurations, universal DC (12–48VDC) or universal AC (110–240VAC). The advanced light optic uses a multiple, high intensity LEDs for efficient operation. The corrosion resistant, acrylic lens is specifically designed for use with LEDs to maximize light intensity and uniformity.
The light fixture incorporates internal diagnostic checking and an alarm contact for remote monitoring. The alarm relay is energized in normal operation and is released if there is an LED or power fault.
The Runway End Identification Light (AV-REIL) is a self-contained approach light operable via AC or solar power. The light is for identifying each corner of the runway landing threshold.
FAA L-810
This single light fixture is a steady burning, low intensity LED obstruction light certified to FAA L-810 requirements. The model can be used for marking obstacles which pose a threat to aircraft, such as telecommunication towers, wind turbines, buildings and other tall structures.
ICAO LIOL Type A/B
This single light fixture is a steady burning, low intensity LED obstruction light designed to comply with ICAO LIOL Type A & B requirements. The model can be used for marking obstacles up to 45 metres above ground, such as telecommunication towers, wind turbines, buildings and other tall structures.
The AV-OL-60 is a field proven, low maintenance, self-contained solar LED light that is suitable for a variety of applications including general hazard, caution, barricade and low-intensity obstruction lighting.
The AV-OL-70 is a field proven, low maintenance, self-contained solar LED light that is suitable for a variety of applications including general hazard, caution, barricade and low-intensity obstruction lighting.
This FAA L-810 single and dual obstruction light fixtures can be powered by Avlite’s new solar-power system suitable for mounting onto perimeter fencing or other obstacles that could pose a threat to aircraft at airports and heliports. This Avlite light fixture is a steady burning, low intensity obstruction light certified to FAA L-810 requirements including Engineering Brief 76 – Using solar power for airport obstruction lighting, is a cost effective, energy efficient obstruction lighting solution.
The solar-powered AV-70 is a field-proven aviation light that offers enormous benefits over traditional battery and hard-wired aviation lights including low maintenance and no underground wiring.
Avlite’s Solar Windsock Light Kit provides users with a complete, reliable and low maintenance solution to windsock illumination. The AV09-4WL suits existing windsock assemblies and can be installed immediately requiring no costly underground wiring.
